We have tried to answer the most common questions.
Shipping & Delivery
1. What countries do you ship to?
Currently our website only support shipping to USA, EU and AU.
but we can ship to anywhere in the world so if you didn't find your country in check out just contact us and we can make the order for you.
2. How long delivery will take?
Delivery time different for each product but usually take 7 ~ 14 working days after the product get shipped.
3. Where is my shipping information?
After you make an order you will get the shipping information and tracking link via your email.
4. My order didn't arrive when it was supposed to. What do I do?
Please notice that our products are custom and the production time takes 5 ~ 7 working days and delivery time takes 7 ~ 14 days so the total time will be almost 3 weeks. If you didn't get your order within 25 days please contact us at support@hoznext.com.
Orders
1. What payments do you accept?
We have a wide range of payment options:
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Shop pay, American express, Apple pay, Google pay, Discover, Meta pay and Venmo.
2. Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?
- You can only cancel the order within 30 mins because our products are custom and when it sent to production it can't be canceled.
- You can only edit the shipping address within 2 days after the order has been placed.
3. Do you offer gift packaging?
Currently we only support greetings cards.
Returns & Refunds
1. Do you support returns and refunds?
Our all products are custom (special orders or personalized items) so they can't be returned unless your product received damage or has issues in production and are not the same as the pictures or description.

2. I received my order damaged or has issues. What do I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours after you collect your package so we can help you.
